• If you ordered from a third-party store (like Amazon, Noon or StoreUs), please follow their return process. If you face any difficulty, you can still use the form below and we'll assist you.

Condition for returns

• Please request your return within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
• Custom and made-to-order bedding is non-returnable unless faulty.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
